St. Louis, MO, January 31, 2014 - DataServ, the global SaaS provider of document and process automation solutions, is enhancing client service with the addition of three experienced professionals to the Client Success and Solution Delivery teams.
Sheri Stanfill has joined the DataServ team as a Client Success Account Manager, a role that will see her deliver training programs and surveys and resolve client support issues. Stanfill began her career in the newspaper industry as an accounts payable (AP) clerk at the Columbia Daily Tribune in Columbia, MO before moving into supervisory AP roles at Reuters and Kellwood. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems from Maryville University in St. Louis.
Darrell Steinbach has been named a Senior Solutions Consultant, working closely with clients to determine the best DataServ solution and then tailoring the DataServ products to meet the client's unique requirements. Steinbach has a background in sales support, project management, IT management and small business and non-profit management. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
Steinbach is joined on the Solution Delivery team by Ryan Fedyk, who also holds the title of Senior Solutions Consultant and is responsible for designing, configuring and managing project initializations at DataServ. Previously, Fedyk worked in financial reporting, process improvements, and project management at Emerson. He holds both a bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
