Advanced Mobile Notary and Apostille Service of California Celebrated 8 Year Anniversary

Glenn Turner and his team of California State-commissioned notaries have earned Advanced Mobile Notary and Apostille Service five stat reviews on Yelp! and the loyalty of businesses and non-business customers located in the San Francisco Bay Area, across California State, and around the world.
San Francisco, CA, January 02, 2014 - The premier provider of expedited California apostilles and San Francisco area mobile notary service-Advanced Mobile Notary and Apostille Service-is celebrating its octennial anniversary in 2014. For eight years, the company's team of California State-commissioned notaries-led by San Francisco native Glenn Turner-has notaries documents for clients in the San Francisco area and helped process apostilles and authentications for clients located all over the world.

Turner, who started the business out of his Diamond Heights home in 2006, says his company's success can be attributed to simple things like always picking up the phone or returning calls promptly-even during non-business hours.

He also says clients appreciate the way he and his team listen carefully to understand each client's unique needs and work hard to accommodate the client's schedule and closely with California Secretary of State, US State Department, county, and foreign embassy and consulate staff when an apostille or authentication is involved.

"We have earned the respect and trust of clients ranging in size from individual private parties to multinational corporations," said Turner. "Each of our California State-commissioned notaries is well-versed in completing the forms and navigating the various domestic and foreign bureaucracies. Our clients depend on us-and we do everything we can to help them get what they need as fast as possible."

What is an Apostille? Turner says many of his clients come to them with no knowledge of apostilles or authentications. His team gently explains to them that an apostille as an international certification process that authenticates the public official signatures on documents so that they can be legally recognized in foreign countries.

The apostille process is a simplified authentication or certification process that enables countries that participate in the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents to legally recognize documents originating from other countries that also participate in the Hague Convention apostille process.

If the document requires authentication for legal recognition in any country that has not adopted the Hague Convention apostille process, Advanced Mobile Notary acquires authentication from the California Secretary of State and legalization from the appropriate foreign consulate located in California or embassy located in Washington, DC. The document may also require authentication from the US State Department or other government officials.

"The apostille or authentication process required to legalize a document for use in a foreign country can vary widely depending on the type of document, the policies of the destination country, and many other factors-including the age of the document," said Turner. "Our clients just want it handled fast and correctly-and for eight years we have delivered a quality product to them."
