Reduce Weight

One of my best suffers lot to reduce his weight for past 5 years but suddenly he reduces the weight in last 6 months by getting regular diet and exercise. I could believe it its really amazing. He was 100kg of weight and now he reduced to 80kg and looks normal and handsome. Previously he looks obese but now he looks handsome with his weight and height. I asked him how it possible for you to reduce your weight? He said just by doing proper exercise and diet. I asked him what kind of diet you took, he said that he purchases some diet food from online and he takes it regularly for 6 months. He also said that I was had the food even three times a day, morning he took only oats and in after noon small meals and at night two chapattis and he totally avoid non vegetarian for past 6 months. In evening he said that he will took some diet biscuits for energy and also drink some energy drinks while doing exercise. He said that swimming, walking, running and cycling and some gym exercise to gain muscles strong this are the regular routine of his task. So I am informing everyone to do the same kind of work to reduce the weight in 6 months.
